Lobi Star Player set to dump club for greener pastures abroad

Lobi Stars forward Anthony Okpotu is set to dump the club once again for a move abroad, according to reports.

Okpotu only rejoined the Makurdi-based outfit last year after severing ties with Libyan side Al Ittihad.
It was learnt that the striker who has scored 12 goals for Lobi Stars in the Nigeria Professional Football League this term, was unavailable for Sunday’s home league match against Plateau United because he is currently undergoing trials with an unnamed club in Norway.
Last year, the striker was linked with a move to Portuguese side, Victoria Setubal, but the transfer didn’t materialise at the end of the day.
He has also been on the radar of German club FC Cologne and Norwegian side SK Brann.ayer
