KOGI GOVERNORSHIP TUSSLE: Police Warns Politicians Ahead Of Supreme Court Judgment

The Kogi State command has warned to deal decisively in accordance of the law with anyone caught taking laws into his hands, as the Supreme Court is expected to deliver its judgment on the Kogi State governorship election on Tuesday.

The State Police Commissioner CP Abdullahi Chafi gave the warning while addressing newsmen at his office on the forth coming Supreme Court judgement which is to authenticate whether or not Mr. Yahaya Bello won the votes to be the governor.
The CP further stressed that intelligent report reaching the command disclosed that some miscreant are planning to create crisis before, during and after the Supreme Court judgement.
while warning parents to caution their wards, political party heads and their supporters, he said his command is fully ready to deal with whoever disobeys the law, while placing barn on any kind of public celebration by anybody or groups after the court judgement.
It would be recalled that Mr. Falake who was the Deputy Governor aspirant to late Abubakar Audu was not satisfied with the judgement of the tribunal, Appeal Court then later approached the Supreme Court.
